Plenty of small businesses still rely on a Facebook page alone, or pay every month for a website builder they never quite got the hang of. A simple site of your own, that loads quickly and works on phones, makes it far easier for people to find you and get in touch.

You are looking at an example. This website, from the pages to the enquiry form to the hosting, was built and is run by us.

What we can set up

A website built for you

From a single page with your services and contact details to a full site. Fast, works on phones, and easy for Google to read.

Domain name

Help choosing and registering yourbusiness.co.uk or .com, registered in your name.

Email on your domain

Professional addresses on your own domain, set up so your mail actually gets delivered.

Managed hosting

Your site live on reliable hosting with HTTPS, without you needing to touch a server.

Self-hosting setup

A home server or mini PC set up to host your websites and services yourself, secured and reachable from the internet.

Google and local listings

Your Google Business Profile and basic search setup, so people nearby can find you.

Self-hosting, done properly

Running things on your own hardware gives you full control and no monthly hosting bill, but it needs setting up with care. We can build or reuse the machine, install the server software, put your sites and services behind HTTPS, and make them reachable from outside your home without leaving your network open.

We also set up automatic backups and updates, then walk you through how it all fits together, so it does not become a box in the corner nobody dares touch.

Not sure whether to self-host or use managed hosting? Tell us what you want to run and we will recommend one and explain why.

Questions people ask

Do I need a website at all?

Not always. If people mostly find you through Facebook or Google Maps, a solid Google Business Profile may do more for you first. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will say honestly whether a site is worth it.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and you get the logins and the files, so you are never stuck with us if you want to move it later.

What is self-hosting, and is it right for me?

It means running your website or services on a machine you own, such as a small home server or mini PC, instead of renting space from a hosting company. It suits people who want full control or to host several things at once. For most small business sites, managed hosting is simpler, and we will tell you which fits.

Can you sort out email on my own domain?

Yes. We can set up addresses like you@yourbusiness.co.uk with a provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and add the records so your mail is delivered properly and does not land in spam.

Can you fix or move my existing website?

Usually. Send us the address and tell us what is wrong or where you want it to go, and we will take a look before quoting.

Will you look after it afterwards?

If you want us to. Some people want it handed over and left alone, others want someone to keep it updated and backed up. Either is fine; we agree it up front.

Tell us what you have in mind.

A message with what the site is for and anything you already have, such as a domain or an old site, is enough to start. Quotes are free and there is no charge if you decide against it. We are open 24 hours, so send it whenever suits you.
