02 / RECENT WORK
Laptop repair
A bottle of water went over the keyboard and the Return key stopped working properly. Inside, the spill had started corroding the edge of the main board and the fans were packed with lint. We cleaned out the fans and fitted a replacement keyboard top case. Every key works again, and the owner’s files were left untouched.
Laptop repair
The end of the charger plug had snapped off inside the charging port. We got the broken piece out without bending the pin inside, tested it with a known-good charger, and it charges normally again. No new port needed.
PC repair
A new AMD upgrade that stuck on the CPU and memory lights. We tested the RAM, power supply and graphics card one at a time, which left the motherboard and CPU. Both were replaced under the retailer’s returns, and it now boots every time.
